Collaboration

Hey everyone,

Nat and I were talking today, and are thinking it would be cool to get some kind of collaborative project going [similar to ten paces and draw, check it out]. Basically, we all do a sketch, switch around with everyone, then take the sketch you receive and make it into a final piece. Would anyone be interested? Maybe over Winter Break as an excuse to keep making art?

Wet Ground Toning Demo

Hey guys. Here are the pictures I took of Pratt's demo today explaining the importance of working on a wet ground. He started with a Burnt Sienna and Sap Green ground. He added a bit of Pthalo Green as well, and something else (don't remember what else), but main colors were the Burnt Sienna and Sap Green. He then started pulling out light and shadows. Enjoy.
